LEADERSHIP
MATT TAYLOR
DIRECTOR
Matt is the founder and visionary behind TPM, bringing more than 30+ years of industry experience across trade, senior management and project delivery. His background combines hands-on technical knowledge with innovation, leadership and a strong client-first approach.
As a seasoned project manager, Matt has overseen major projects across Food & Dairy, Brewing, Water Treatment and Pharmaceuticals, including process piping, design, factory upgrades and new builds. His genuine care for clients and ability to find practical solutions continue to shape TPM's growth and reputation.
MICHELLE DAVIS
ADMINISTRATION & COMPLIANCE MANAGER
Michelle, co-owner of TPM, plays a crucial role in the company's success through her dedication, leadership and commitment. As Administration & Compliance Manager, she is the operational backbone of the business, ensuring TPM's administrative processes remain efficient, effective and aligned with continued growth.
With experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Service Delivery Manager and Chief Stewardess on superyachts across the United States, Europe and the Caribbean, Michelle brings strong leadership, organisational and operational management skills to TPM
PAUL ARMSTRONG
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Paul is a seasoned professional in the process piping and mechanical installation industry, with extensive experience across Australia and the South Pacific. Starting as a time-served tradesperson, he has built a strong background in supervision, project management and executive leadership.
As Chief Operating Officer, Paul plays a key role in steering TPM's operational delivery, providing strategic direction and supporting efficient project outcomes across multiple teams and worksites. His leadership continues to support TPM's growth while maintaining high standards in safety, quality and innovation.
MARTIN ELLIS
ADVISOR & CFO
Martin has been involved with TPM since its inception, providing advisory support and CFO guidance to the directors and management team. He holds a degree in Business Management Studies and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, as well as the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
His previous roles include Finance Director at Heat and Control Ltd., and CFO then CEO of Sleepyhead Manufacturing Group. Martin has also held shareholdings and governance roles across agricultural, kiwifruit and genetics companies in New Zealand, Australia and the UK.
PROJECT DELIVERY & SPECIALIST TEAM
DARREN HALL
ESTIMATING & PROCUREMENT
Darren is a highly experienced Lead Estimator with over seven years at TPM, supporting project estimation, supplier engagement, procurement and operations coordination. With a strong background in process piping and fabrication, he brings both technical expertise and commercial insight to every project.
Before joining TPM, Darren worked as a self-employed pipefitter, delivering process pipework and TIG welding solutions across major pharmaceutical and food and beverage facilities. His practical knowledge, analytical thinking and negotiation skills make him a valuable contributor to TPM's project success.

PROJECT MANAGER
Matt, or Hoffy as he likes to be referred to, brings extensive piping and mechanical experience to TPM. His trade background, attention to detail and deep understanding of construction and constructability challenges allow him to add value across a wide range of projects.
Hoffy's practical knowledge and site-focused approach make him a trusted contributor to TPM's project delivery and customer outcomes.
SCOTT MOEN
WORKSHOP MANAGER
Scott is a highly skilled tradesman with comprehensive experience across sheet metal work, process piping and mechanical projects for the food, pharmaceutical and industrial sectors.
He brings a strong passion for excellence, along with a natural drive to support and develop the next layer of leaders and tradespeople within TPM.
DECLAN VARAPODIO
PROJECT SUPERVISOR
Declan is an efficient, detail-oriented professional with a strong trade background in piping, fabrication and installation. His expertise and commitment to quality have a significant impact on every project he leads.
A natural problem solver with a passion for continuous improvement, Declan consistently delivers strong results. His focus, leadership and drive position him as one of the industry's promising rising talents.
ADRIAN COX
PROJECT LEAD
Adrian is an experienced Leading Hand with over 25 years in the construction and industrial sectors. His expertise covers piping, welding, rigging and cranage coordination.
Known for his strong leadership and hands-on approach, Adrian has spent more than 15 years supervising teams on complex civil and industrial projects. His technical knowledge, safety-first mindset and ability to mentor others make him a key contributor to TPM's operational excellence.
