Mechanical and piping systems for a landmark hydrogen mobility project in Geelong.

TPM was proud to support the delivery of a landmark hydrogen mobility project through the installation of mechanical and piping systems for the New Energies Service Station in Geelong.

Designed to support heavy transport vehicles through hydrogen refuelling and electric vehicle charging, the facility represents an important step forward in Australia’s transition toward lower-emission transport infrastructure. Powered by renewable energy, the project demonstrates how practical, commercially scalable clean-energy solutions can be integrated into real-world transport operations.

The project's high-pressure 316L stainless steel pipework, fabricated above 1,000 bar using advanced orbital TIG welding and modular prefabrication, earned TPM the 2025 ASSDA Fabricator of the Year award in the Process Industries category.

TPM’s involvement reflects our growing capability in the renewable energy sector and our commitment to delivering technically reliable infrastructure that supports long-term environmental performance.
